Exciting news! Deep Blue Sun is joining The Grapes at the
Variety Playhouse, Friday Nov 28 for a special reunion show!
Fun fact: 3 DBS members played in the Grapes. Wanna know who?
Ask the band at the next gig. This will be the show of the
year for us: These cats are our brothers and oldest musical
cohorts, so we're looking forward to rocking it out big time

The Day Celebration
2008
Definitely one of our favorite gigs ever, the first "Day
Fest" in Aug '06 was a rage of a party, and everything
you hope for in a festival: great local and national acts,
beautiful countryside, beautiful people, delicious food..and
this one's not even an hour outside Atlanta. Trust us - you
don't want to miss it this year! Featuring so many of hottest
acts in Georgia and beyond, this will be a SERIOUSLY good
time.
CD Release Party @ the Five Spot ...
was off the hook! Outstanding performances
all night, with area bands coming together to cover songs
from the DBS catalog with their own twist.
It was moving, incredible, sometimes hilarious and more fun
than we ever imagined watching these folks lay it down: Donna
Hopkins, Ralph Roddenbery, Stop Drop & Roll, Electric Codpiece
and John E. Jordan. If you were there, thanks for giving us
a night we'll remember for a LONG time to come... if you missed
